There’s a key on your computer named Prnt Scrn, Print Screen or Prt Scr (it depends on the size of the key). It can usually be found over the Backspace key on laptops and PC keyboards.

What this key does is that it copies the current image of your desktop into the clipboard.

Now you can open an image editor and Paste the image (Ctrl+V). The command depends on the software used. You can use Paint if you do not have any other program. In the image editor you can Crop, Resize, change the color of the image, etc.

There’s a trick, if you press the Alt key and the Print Screen key will get only the current focused window.
