To translate a piece of text, you need to copy it in the text box (2 on the image below), then choose the languages (1 on the image below) and then click on Translate (3 on the image below).

If you want to translate a complete web page, then all you have to do is copy the link in the text box (2 on the image below), choose the languages and click on translate.
